WebNot a good answer. From what I could find, Megas only breed in predesignated areas. These areas are programmed into the map. If the map maker does not add these locations, Megas cannot breed. Fan made maps, and crystal isles, may not have these spots. I couldnt verify this information, but it was the best explanation I could find.
