WebHaving had depression for 45 plus years and having completed 3 university degrees over 9 years I wish I really had a perfect answer for you. However all I can really tell you at this point is I get it. And that it can be done. For me personally, lots of prayer, lots of self affirmation, trying to learn to play the bagpipes all helped.
