When things started working a little, meaning it would load just part of the clock face, I would do the 10 second button press to reset things. It was definitely painful, but eventually worked. I knew it was on their end, & had nothing to do with my watch.

I disconnected snapchat and chose a different clock face Then I unpaired my Versa and deleted it from my phone. I then set it up as a new device, then added bitmoji and snapchat back and finally it loaded to 100% Hope this helps!

Select a different clock, delete the bitmoji clock face. Then sync yr fitbit.
